Bathrooms That Still Look Right in Ten Years Bathroom remodeling in Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill and the islands.

Tile, vanities, fixtures and heat

The whole room rather than a patch job, including radiant floor heat if you want warm tile in January.

Storage you will actually notice

A vanity built for your room instead of a standard box gets you real storage back in the same footprint.

You get the room back sooner

I work in the order that puts the bathroom back in service first, and you will know which days you are without it before anything comes out.

Most houses around here have one bathroom that really matters, and it is usually the one that has not been touched since the eighties. Fixing it is less about luxury than about the room working properly every morning.

A bathroom gives you very little to work with, so the decisions that matter are the ones about space: where storage goes, how the shower opens up, whether the floor is warm underfoot. Here is what usually makes the difference.

Vanity storage built to the room

A vanity sized to your wall rather than to a catalogue, with drawers laid out for what you actually keep in there.

Radiant heat under the floor

Warm underfoot in January, and it takes the damp out of the room. It goes in while the floor is open, so it is only worth doing during a remodel.

Walk-in showers and tile

Waterproofing first, then the tile. A curbless entry opens a small room up more than anything else you can do to it.

Five star Google review

Absolutely beautiful work! Morgan put in crown molding and wainscoting in our dining room and crown molding in our office. It looks amazing! He is very meticulous and cleaned up every day after his work. Highly recommended!  – Jason F.

Five star Google review

Morgan did an excellent job sealing my older front door that had large spaces and gaps from inadequate weather stripping. He also replaced my old storm door with a new one and it looks great. Highly recommend!  – M. R.

Where Bathrooms Usually Go Wrong

Almost every bathroom problem I get called about started behind the walls. Water found a way through, or the floor was never sloped properly, and it took two years to show. So the waterproofing and the slope get done before anything pretty goes on top, and I will show you that stage before it is covered up.

If You Only Have the One Bathroom

Plenty of houses here only have the one, and that changes how the job gets sequenced. I will tell you up front how many days it is genuinely out of service, and I do not start demolition until the materials are on site waiting.

How I Price It

Most bathrooms

Bathrooms normally run $10,000 to $40,000. A small, simple one sits at the bottom of that, and a primary bath with custom work sits at the top. It normally takes two to four weeks on site, and I will tell you up front how many days the room is unusable.

One visit, then a price

Typically, I like to see the job in person first. There are a lot of variables that affect the price- vanity style, layout and design. After that you will have the price in writing within a few days, and it does not move unless you change something.

Tell me about your bathroom

Send a couple of photos and tell me what is bothering you about the room, and I will come and look at it.
